Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of placing your order.
  • Requests may be denied if:
    • The seller has already initiated shipping;
    • The product is out for delivery (you may reject it at delivery).

2. Perishable Items

  • Non-cancellable: Flowers, food, and other perishable goods.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report within 7 days of delivery to customer service.
  • Resolution process:
    1. Seller verifies damage/defect;
    2. Refund/replacement approved upon seller validation.

4. Product Not as Described

  • Report within 7 days of delivery if the product:
    • Doesn’t match the website description;
    • Fails to meet expectations.
  • Customer service will investigate and decide on resolution.

5. Manufacturer-Warrantied Products

  • Direct issues to the manufacturer (per product warranty terms).

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
